We don't have a fixed deal template. Each engagement is structured around the situation — founders, operators, and VCs all welcome.
option A · build cost
One-time fee scoped to the project. After delivery the product is yours, we step out. // for founders or VCs with capital who want full control
option B · build cost + revenue share
Lower upfront cost in exchange for a revenue split after launch. // for tight cash + high conviction on both sides
option C · equity / co-build
We take meaningful equity and build alongside you as a founding team. // for high-conviction situations where we'd back the idea ourselves
option D · ongoing partnership
Long-term build & growth. Milestone- or earn-out-based, structure flexible. // for products that need continued iteration, or VC portcos needing an embedded build team
