Who we are

bbd.sh is a small builder studio. We believe a tight full-stack team plus modern AI tooling produces output well above its size.

Our core team mixes senior engineering at scale with early-stage operating experience. We've shipped SaaS, AI agents, cross-border tooling, dApps, dev tools, and content products. Everyone here writes production code and can sit with a founder to talk customer and go-to-market.

Our approach: treat AI as real leverage, not a marketing label. The time AI saves goes back into shaping the product until it can charge — not into endless sprint planning and standups.

What we believe

• Ship fast, iterate faster — first dollar on day one beats a 50-page plan, 100 times out of 100.
• AI is leverage, not replacement — the best engineers aren't the ones avoiding AI; they're the ones pushing it hardest.
• Capital-agnostic — bootstrapped, angel-backed, VC-backed — we work with all of them. What matters is whether the business can actually work.
• Transparent > marketing — we publish progress, failures, and post-mortems. That's why our clients trust us.
• We turn down what we don't believe in — if we don't think it'll work, we'll say no rather than take your money.

What we don't do

• ✗ No grey-market or regulatory red-line work
• ✗ No "wait until funding closes, then maybe start" loops
• ✗ No engagements where neither side has skin in the game
